A Bit About Me
I entered commercial real estate in early 2023 when two of my closest friends and I were recruited to help build Matthews’ Columbus office from the ground up. I didn’t come from a real estate family, didn’t study it in school, and didn’t grow up thinking I’d be a broker. What drew me in was the opportunity to build something meaningful alongside people I respected and to work in a business where relationships are the core. I believe all true wealth in life is found in relationships.
I focus exclusively on industrial real estate because it’s the asset class I’d want to own myself. I respect the straightforward, hardworking nature of industrial business owners, and Columbus is one of the most compelling industrial markets in the country due to its location and growth.
My approach is simple: be honest, be dependable, and be competent. Every property and every owner has different goals, so I build a customized strategy for each assignment — not a templated marketing plan. I leverage data, technology, and AI to stay agile, but the real work happens through conversations. More calls, better conversations, and clear communication are what create leverage and results.
Outside of work, my Catholic faith is central to how I live and how I do business. I attend mass at St. Peter's in Dublin, train regularly at Mesh Fitness in Bridge Park, enjoy poker, chess, and playing guitar, and spend a lot of time reading - especially on faith, business, and learning how the world works.
